What is Inspire to Change?
We expect our leaders to instinctively know how to fix things
But don’t leaders need training and support too?
Inspire to Change is an exciting project which supports leaders and gives them the skills they need to lead with excellence. Through the project they are inspired to identify and introduce positive change into organisations and their own working practice.
Who is it aimed at?
Inspire to Change is aimed at all leaders of organisations in Norfolk. Leaders might come from the organisation itself, be leaders of people or leaders of change. We bring these leaders closer together so they can work in partnership to learn and support each other.
Through agreement with the Norfolk Strategic Workforce Partnership Group, we are pleased to announce that a quarter of the places on our courses have been extended to include the independent sector.
Who delivers the support?
Inspire to Change uses a wide range of experts in the field to deliver the project.
Where possible we use fresh, local produce and a range of local experts have been involved in delivering the project already.
We know Norfolk’s leaders expect the very best, and that is why we have also secured the help of nationally recognised experts who may come from further afield.
What support do you offer?
Inspire to Change offers a holistic package of support which utilises a host of delivery methods – it is much more than a series of training courses. Leaders can benefit from a range of events and master classes on a diverse range of subjects from using the media to collaborative working and forming consortia.
Inspire to Change provides support via Coaching and Mentoring, HR support, Organisational Health Checks to name but a few.Perhaps most importantly, after some research in which Norfolk’s leaders told us what support they wanted, we can offer it. That is not to say we aren’t open to suggestions from local leaders who need help. We would love to hear from you.
Is it free?
The Inspire to Change Project is managed by Voluntary Norfolk who is grateful to Norfolk County Council for their financial support.
Their help means that the support we offer through Inspire to Change can be provided at highly subsidised rates, representing extraordinary value for money.
